We want you to love your Grooovey Golf gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at levee12088@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
